Competitive and good range, reducing rate due to carpet fitter, who reused my old door bars even though I'd paid for new, he also kept my the bars which I'd paid for. He also would not trim the bottom of the door without charging a tenner, which would not have been any issue for him as he had a tool to do it while the door was still hung!!! Such a same the store is let down by there fitters!

Not very professional at all. They forgot about my appointment the first time and then said they had no time to do it the second time like they never scheduled it in. One star is generous since they never provided the service I asked for.

A long serving member is no longer there and is now run by a team with no customer service skills. I’ve spent thousands with this business over the last 10 years, and won’t spend another penny there again. Came to measure up and in passing conversation I asked the square meter size of the room, his response “oh I can’t tell you that, I would have to charge you for working that out” I’ll work it out myself then I thought, ever heard of google!!Avoid... at all costs... wanted to charge more for the same carpet I had from them 6 months ago..
