Very happy with my new old! topbox.Very high quality and just the right size. suits the bike perfectly.Unbelievable that it has just survived being ejected onto the road at 50mph as a result of a failed royal enfield rack. The build is bulletproof. just a few dings and scuff marks.Have fitted now fitted a unit from India found on ebay.it’s ok but not great. looking forward to fitting one from Craven when available as I understand I can fit the matching panniers also.UpdateWent for the full monty rack and panniers from Craven. Panniers are brilliant. Tough and look fab.Rack could do with a little extra support in my view and that would be easy to achieve with a strap from the seat mounting to the rack. I used cable ties as a temp fix and it works great but offends my engineering sensitivities. Having some flex in the rack may actually be a good thing so the Jury is still out. Craven were so helpful throughout and even threw in and extra lock F.O.C so I would end up all keyed the same.I didn’t use the pin lock system as it didn’t seem strong enough for the job.Be aware that you have to be mechanically minded to fit these racks on this bike. Im guessing anyone who buys and RE Classic is in any caseReal personal touch. Well done craven

Leaving a similar review for Craven Equipment and sister company Draganfly Motorcycles, to thank them both for outstanding product and customer service.We bought a Stelvio top box in black for our dad a few months ago. When asking about delivery the guy we spoke to was amazing. Dad got his box, as requested, in plenty of time before his trip (to the TT this year, no less!). The box itself was fantastic, but just a teeny bit small to fit dad's helmet without eventually contorting the lid. He's worked with the materials the box is made from in the past, and knew that any pressure on the lid would cause it to bend in the future. He spoke to the guys in the factory, who suggested they could make the lid an extra inch bigger. By all accounts they actually changed the mold for the lid – which I am pretty sure is no small job - and sent him a new one, the original one is being returned when he's happy with the new one. The new one is a perfect fit. He's fitted it to his bike and is absolutely delighted. Full marks to everyone involved, thanks from all of us!

Fantastic customer service and incredibly efficient with the time taken to process my order. I wanted a top box to match the colour scheme of my Interceptor and they have done this brilliantly. Shipping the product to the Channel Islands has not been an issue and as soon as the box is mounted to the rack on my bike I will share some photos for Craven to share. Thanks again.
