TNR Outdoors

Fantastic day out. We went white water rafting in the morning, and target sports in the afternoon.The instructors throughout the day got the whole group involved and were fantastic for all activities. Great pizza too!Would highly recommend if you're looking for a fun day out.

Honestly we had a great morning here on Easter Sunday! We did the 90 minutes indoor target session. The building is beautiful, it’s a repurposed old mill and the decor goes with the outdoor theme. The instructor was friendly and informative but also stepped back and let you do your own thing. We were a group of four and were joined by another couple which was fine, the facilities were big enough that we hardly noticed them. Axe throwing was by far my favourite but archery and shooting were also fun. Would recommend and I would definitely use this company to try out some of the outdoor sports when the weather is a little warmer

Fantastic day, a group of 8 attended the axe throwing, shooting and archery followed by the canoeing as the white water rafting was cancelled due to the storms.Really enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone.Reason for 4 star, we were told to get there at 10am and we didn't get called in until 11.15am. later when we went to meet the canoeing team we were told 1.30pm but ended up meeting up at 1.50pm. A lot of waiting round.

It was very fun. Our instructor Jess was very nice and made everything exciting for us. There are lots of activities such as axe throwing, rifle shooting and archery. The staff were extremely friendly and everything was done smoothly, there is no wait so you can instantly jump right into it. I had a lot of fun and I would recommend this place for everyone.

We had the best day at TNR outdoors celebrating a special birthday. Tom and Nath were fantastic instructors while doing the while water rafting. We had varying ages in our group from 15 to 66 and they made sure everyone enjoyed themselves and had the most fun. The pizza lunch was delicious and finishing the day with archery was a perfect way to celebrate a birthday! Can't thank the guys enough and will definitely come back!

We had a team building afternoon at TNR doing the shooting, archery and axe throwing package. It was something completely different which all the team enjoyed. Thank you to Mat who was our instructor - he was really patient and made the afternoon fun and interactive!! Would definitely recommend

We had a group of 16 of us do an evening pizza and targets party which was really good fun and we had a great time! Our instructors (especially the guy) were great and explained everything thoroughly, although I think the guy instructors group definitely got allowed to do more variations on the activities than the other group (such as double axe throwing and shooting at eachother with the soft arrows) which was slightly disappointing. The pizzas were fab but a shame we didn't get offered the free squash or water as promised, but only a minor thing as it was still excellent value for the price. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be returning for more activities soon - thank you!

I had my 30th birthday here and it was fantastic! We did the 90 minute target experience which was 30 minutes axe throwing, 30 minutes archery and 30 minutes rifle shooting. There was 8 of us in total and some of us were very excited whilst others a little nervous beforehand but 5 minutes in everyone was having a great time. Mat was our instructor and he was so knowledgeable. We even got to shoot paper targets with the air rifles and then kept them at the end to take home. Everyone came away having really enjoyed it and we would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone. If you have never done anything like this before, do not worry! The instructors are encouraging, knowledgeable and you can take it at your own pace. By the end, you will be so happy that you did it!

Just spent 2 days White Water Safety and Rescue course here in the gorgeous valley at Llangollen. It was very very good. A good bit of theory and a lot of practical apllication of skills. Instructor led with a small group of 6 of us we all enjoyed it despite the cold water and a few extra bumps and bruises. Superbly delivered by very knowledgale instructor Richard. Just need to go put all those new techniques into practice. Absolutely loved it. Thank you.
