Absolutely fantastic. We were a party of 8 and we all agree it was the best Indian meal we had had.The decor was homely, staff incredibly friendly & attentive. We all wished we live nearer to go again but it’s a bit of a journey from Harrogate!!!!If we are in the area in the future we definitely will visit again.

Absolutely awful. First of all the waiters stand around on their phones and are uninterested. Second, we ordered three dishes. ALL THREE were sweet. One was expected to be sweet, we were even warned it was sweet. However I don’t expect sag paneer and Kashmir curry to be sweet. I thought maybe that’s how British curries are? Since I’ve only just moved here. But then they had the audacity to lie to my face. If it’s not got sugar in it how is it so sweet it tastes like a dessert? The Kashmir was the most palatable due to the spice level. The rice was ok. The naan was good.We won’t be back despite living next door

Slow service, but not too worried about that. Very noisy as it's a small restaurant.Food was good, although I didn't much like the taste of my choice. Not the restaurants fault though.Overall a lovely evening with lovely friends

Great atmosphere, lovely food. Be aware all the dishes we enjoyed were on the spicy side so do mention to the staff if you prefer a milder experience, perfect for us though.

Great Indian restaurant with authentic tasting curries and unlike some not swimming in oil or grease. But it's a small place so best to book, we went on a Thursday night and they must have turned 10 people away that night as they were full.

It was early evening when we went, so quiet, but got busier. So service was very good. Food excellent for a 'classic' curry restaurant.

I'll admit it, I was gutted when the Riverport Grill shut down. Especially as it was to be replaced by yet another Indian restaurant. Several months later and I'm glad it's here. The menu is a delightful mix of classic dishes and less known mouthwatering options, and the service is flawless. Eat in or takeaway, I'm most definitely a fan.
