The mother in law had a recent run in with a post. Andy at autoright came out and Handled the estimate and dealt with her insurance company Elenor kept her well informed at every stage of the process.The car came back spotlessly clean and in a good time frame. I have over 20 year experience in the motor trade and I have got to say I cannot fault the repair or the service she received from them every step of the way.

Really welcoming and helpful!I was driving down the A21 when my tyre pressure came on. I had a sudden panic as I didn't know where the next nearest petrol garage was. I decided to come off the next junction i found and I drove past Auto Right by chance and ran in and ask for their help. They said yes instantly. Myself and my children were welcomed into the reception area to wait while they attended to the car!!Very lucky to have found them. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Andy visited the car at our house and advised on the repair. He was very helpful with the insurance process as well. Eleanor was excellent too as spent many hours on hold with my useless insurance company.Can't fault Autoright and their staff at all. Superb!
