Bunch of unprofessionals in this parlour. I had gone to do my eyebrow threading which left me with bruises and peeling off skin below my eyebrows for a week. Had to consult the pharmacist for treatment. The owner was very rude and did not accept his mistake. Will never go to this place again.The way you have replied to the review is exactly how rudely and carelessly you spoke to me over the phone saying things like YOU DONT CARE about the bruise, shouting and yelling at me ,also commenting on my family background when its not necessary to get personal and involve them.Finally not accepting your mistake when i tried to explain what exactly happened, and cutting the call on my face. I have paid for my eyebrow threading done in the parlour. Its not about money, its all about how you deal with the situation and offer the customer a genuine apology and not shout and say insensitive things covering your inconvenience.Thank God that you have shown your anger on the review page, its a clear evidence of how you spoke to me on the phone, when i was actually going through this pain around my eyes.

Terrible hair cut with a patchy fade with no proper finishing. They lack basic knowledge of hair cut and styling. Do not go to this place unless you wish to mess up with your hair.

The complacent of the staffs are top notch as they all know their respective work and to some extent always have treated me with respect but I do not really understand all the shouting from the business owner especially in front of customers.All human should be treated with respect, if you want to shout then kindly do this in the comfort of an office away from paying customers.

Been coming to this hairdressers for past 10years never have they disappointed, the most recent refurbishment has made the place look amazing. For the staff ive never met a more better and mostly welcoming group of barbers, they will do exactly what you ask for and will never disappoint.
