Surrey Floors & Doors recently supplied and fitted two wooden floors and tiled a hallway. Victor and Ben were polite and responsive. They made a point of laying out the tiles before fixing for my review, they managed around heavy furniture and were happy to deal with snags and questions as they came up. They were able to accommodate us working at home, and at the end of each day they left the rooms neat and tidy.

Victor is excellent and a very nice personality. I have already recommended him to my mum. The floor he worked on looks brand new, but he did not over promise before he delivered and was really clear about outcomes prior to undertaking the work.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. The company is fantastic to work with, Victor came around to do the initial consultation and was extremely knowledgeable about flooring and what needed to be done. He gave us advise and guidance in selecting the right flooring and how to prepare for the installation.Ben laid the flooring and I can't praise him enough. His work ethic is impeccable, he is extremely talented at what he does and did a fantastic job. He worked in a professional, clean and friendly manner ensuring the completed look was to a high standard.I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again should the need arise.Thank you so much guys!!

The whole experience, from the help provided by Alex and Emma in choosing the floor, to having it fitted by Victor was first class. Very professional and knowledgeable on all products I was enquiring about, and helped me narrow down my choices for the engineered wood flooring we wanted. The showroom is great, and provided some additional inspiration for our house! The installation of the flooring was also done by Surrey Floors & Doors, very efficient service and with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend.

They were very professional and friendly throughout the process. We had our carpet taken out and replaced by walnut flooring, complete with new skirting boards at well. We were very pleased with the end result!

Ben from Surrey Floors & Doors did an excellent job replenishing our old engineered wood floor. To say we are delighted with the result is an understatement! Ben was professional, friendly and cheerful throughout the job as were all the staff we dealt with. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Victor and Ben installed 70 sq.m of engineered rustic oak flooring to our hall, stairs, landing, master bedroom and study, in addition to 20 sq. m of stone tiling to our kitchen floor. We were highly delighted and impressed with their work, they were thoroughly professional, incredibly tidy and easy and accommodating to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had engineered oiled wood flooring laid and a panneau wood clad wall in our new kitchen in November 2020. Highly professional and friendly staff with excellent customer service right from first entering the shop to enquire through to finishing the job and advice on after care. Fantastic advice on what would suit our house and lifestyle. We chose wood from V4 Flooring and had the installation done by Surrey Floors and Doors. Excellent value for money and really really happy with the end result. Wish we’d had it done years ago! 100% recommend.
