I have nothing but praise for Kingswood Canvas!! Having purchased a second-hand folding camper and paid way over the asking price (due to a new canopy being fitted) it turned out that the door would not close – making it un-usable. Devastated was not the word – until I found Kingswood Canvas! They came to my property to inspect the problem the same day I called, luckily for me I live locally.The guys are really busy this time of year with other customers previously booked in and they did advise I would have to wait to fit the job into their busy schedule. I totally understood and respected this and appreciated their efforts in squeezing me in to make a repair!I now have a fully functioning Camper! Great quality, attention to detail, customer service and communication was outstanding given how busy they are.Thank you so much for coming to the rescue. Highly recommend and trust me when I say the wait is worth it!

I recently took my old VW T25 Viking canvas roof down to Kingswood Canvas to be measured and have a new one made. The were very friendly and extremely helpful. Familiar already with making the Viking canvas roof, they advised on the latest material, design updates and did a first-class job. Despite being very busy they delivered a great job by TNT this afternoon on time. Very happy with the result and the price. Thanks James and Andy!

Waste of time.Travelled an hour and half to get a cover measured up for the back of my pick up, all seemed well and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks.After 3 weeks passed I phone and was told it hadn't been started. Was promised a call to let me know what was happening.Another 2 weeks no call so phoned back again. Still hadn't been started but was once again promised it would be sorted soon and someone would call me.Phoned back for a third and final time, still hadn't been started, was promised a call the next day and that the cover would be ready in 5 days. That was 2 months ago!They have also ignored emails during this time period.If you don't want the work just say. Horrendous way to treat a customer.AVOID!

Would recommend this company. Having made us an extension for our motorhome awning. It worked extremely well. Good price and super quickly made and despatched.Thank you all XXXXXX

Very poor communication. Sent 2 emails with no response. Supposed to have received completed repairs to canvas for trailer tent after providing material 4 weeks ago. Called today and told no-one had started it and would be at least another 2 weeks.. I expect if I hadn’t called it would be another month before anyone contacted me to update me.. let’s see whether they do a good Job and whether I get it before Christmas !
