Tries hard but seems to lack experience. Will probably improve with time. Perhaps needs to employ Abass (the previous owner) for a few hours to pick his brains. Good to have a local Post Office though and would miss it if not supported enough and closed.

So different now it has changed hands. The gentleman very unhelpful and abrupt, his one word answers come across as very rude. Will now use Holme Hall.

Service deteriorated SIGNIFICANTLY since new management. Waited 30 minutes this morning and eventually gave up the wait (3 other people left before us) Must have more staff on at busy times and please bring service back to what it used to be ASAP

Unhelpful an rude! An that when they eventually open. Always opening up late an then has to set up tills etc. Rude guy behind the counter not very helpful in terms of explaining your postage options just wants your money an you out of the way for the next lot of money I mean customer.

The staff at the post office go above and beyond with customer service. I have been regularly taking in parcels for delivery, and despite how busy it has been in the run up to Xmas, they have always been professional and polite. A big thank you to a wonderful community resource.

No cheery ‘Hellos’ here. Business is conducted with gestures and monosyllabic ‘conversation’. Waiting ten minutes whilst man has private phone conversation with no acknowledgment of my presence (I gave up). I’ve never been to a worse P.O. !Apologies to other staff members I have dealt with since ,who are more genial.

Refused to take 2 prepaid small/medium parcels claiming no space but took non-prepaid from others presumably because he made more on those. impolite. Won't be returning.
