Exceptional customer care. Took the car in at late notice 4 days before they had a slot free in their busy schedule as I was going away. Car fixed on my return with a full explanation of what the issue was.Extremely friendly and experienced team. Would highly recommend!

We have always found them very informative, reliable and trustworthy. Have recommended this garage to friends. Always used for our MOTs and have a lot of confidence in him and his team. Called Steve on a bank holiday Monday expecting an answerphone. Our suspension had failed, we were stuck in Cheltenham and London based. Steve picked up and had us booked in for first thing on Tuesday morning, immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, helped us navigate the warranty/dealer/services conversation in a way that worked for us, and had us back in London in our car in time for kick off that night! Fairplay Steve - perfect service - much appreciated - would highly recommend.

Great company helped me out drop of a hat. Oil leak, booked me in next day. Also looked at another problem i had. Fixed the same day and video done to show repair. Highly recommended used twice now and great rates. Will definitely be my regular go too. Thanks guys
