Got a broken touchscreen replaced, great service and prices, done quickly too, with friendly, helpful staff who provided a great service

I needed an upgrade on my SSD drive as I was running out of space, Sam gave me a very reasonable quote for a larger SSD drive, cloned my existing SSD drive over to the new one, and fitted the old one as a spare drive. Put my PC in at 10.00 am got it back early afternoon. Sam also cleaned my PC and checked it over. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Took my desktop for repair. Given all the information I needed on the repair required. Really quick and when I got back it was even better than when it was up and running previously. Excellent job done in super quick time and at a great price. Don't hesitate to take here if needed.

After damaging the HDMI port on my business PC I ended up taking the PC apart. Having previous knowledge of PC's building and upgrading I felt I could figure out what was wrong....the PC then went totally dead and I decided to get this looked at with a fresher, more experienced set of eyes. The service from the start was stress free and Samuel gave me confidence in his ability to work on my PC especially given all the confidentiality required with business sensitive data on it. The process, diagnostic and cost were excellent and the PC is running better than it ever had. The motherboard was damaged and Samuel even let me outsource a motherboard of my choice as I was quite particular!Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great PC repair or service and will be using Samuel's services in the future.Also a note to the one star reviews given for not being available during open times Google shows, this is a small business and requires time to attend House calls for repairs etc, I guess I can empathise as it is really tough to run a business and be consistent with timings expected by clients etc. Call before dropping in, the guy knows his stuff so we'll worth the perseverance so place some perspective on the guys running micro-businesses.

Brilliant service, took in a hard drive expecting an expensive solution to retrieve the data and was given a straightforward solution at a great price, great to get honest advice. Problem fixed within 15 mins, will definitely be back.
