Quick service. Friendly staff. Cash, card, and bank transfer payments accepted. Cleaning is good, sometimes a spot missed here or there, but not lack of care. Speed of service and level of care is at a good balance.

Asked for a Gold Wash, received a Silver.Waited 35 minutes in queue.A further 20 minutes for vacuum and polish.Decent job. Only reason it wasn't a 4 star was because you had to wait nearly an hour.

This is one of the few places near Basingstoke that offer excellent hand car wash. Very professional, efficient and value for money - all at a reasonable cost.Keep up the good work. I have always used use their services for a hand car wash and highly recommend them.

Everyone here was very sweet and gave such a great service. All the staff were very polite. I had dropped an earring down the side of my seat and they were even sweet enough to stop what they were doing to try and find it with me. The quality of the clean was brilliant and looked at every detail. This was my first time here but I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you! :)

they are a 5 starts team and offer a great service. I brought my car to them yesterday, and I was amazed with the professional way of the work. after I got back home my brother saw how professionally my car been cleaned and asked me to take his car to them the next day so I took my brother's car today and the service they provided was exceptional. my brother and I will diffently go to them every time. they clean and take care of every single detail in the car when most of the hand car wash I have been to were more expensive but dont provide a great service as these guys do.

Working in chineham so went there for convenience, never again. Very, very poor. Roof not touched, smears on bodywork and inside done haphazardly. Not even a cheapo air freshener. Asked for £25 service and they tried to charge me £35. Try elsewhere you'll be happier

Very rude behavior from the lady who was doing the interior of my car. Never going back here again. Please avoid this rude people , they dont realize they are getting money for the bread and butter from what we pay for them.

Chineham Hand Car Wash
Had to go for 2 stars here, used to get a really good wash and interior clean, but the last 3 times I've been I've got home to dirt on the outside, and had to clean bits/windows myself after not being done properly, have been a regular customer up until this happened. Shame as used to be a really good service. Have since started doing it again myself, not so convenient but getting done properly.
