Very Impressed, had all the parts in stock, told me that it may be a 48 hour wait to collect my repaired Dyson Vac but I got a call the next day telling me that it was ready to collect. Was thinking that I was going to have to spend £400 + on a new Dyson but £75 later I have a vac that is like new.Thank you, will recommend to family and friends

I had a Dyson vacuum that needed repair and service and an old hand held Dyson that needed replacing. The upright came back looking like new, I fact I thought the guys had brought the wrong vacuum out when I went to collect it. It is immaculate and works like new too. The hand held was replaced with a reconditioned one for a fraction of the price of a new one and we are really pleased with it. All work was fully discussed so there were no surprises in terms of payment. It is a twenty minute drive to their shop but well worth it. I would recommend the guys to everyone.

I recently went to the Vac Shop in Brighouse. I had gone to get my Gtech vac repaired. I had a good discussion with the young man who served me and opted to buy a reconditioned Shark. He spent time with me and I felt he genuinely wanted me to have the right thing for my circumstances. It is good to have professional input from a real person!

Absolutely brilliant service from The Vac Shop. Needed my dyson back by Friday which they said they would be able to rush it through but then able to collect on Thursday. Cleaned and good as new and so helpful too. Would definitely recommend.As a bonus, free parking and easy to hop out and drop the hoover off/collect.

Great service and better people. Helped me out with my Dyson V10. Gave me two quotes as a best case worst case. Was not over charged and the issue was fixed while I waited. Will definitely come back if need be. Thank you Vac Shop!
