Butterfly Yoga

I can’t recommend Irene and Butterfly yoga highly enough. Irene’s teaching style is fabulous, she is very passionate about yoga, and relays it in such a down to earth way. Irene explains not only what to do, but why, even beginners ‘get it’ from the outset. If you’re on the fence about trying yoga, I urge you to give it a go!

Started yoga this year with butterfly Yoga. It has been fantastic. It has not only helped my physical health but also my mental wellbeing. Irene is welcoming, calm, kind and supportive. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Just had my first yoga basics class with Irene. It was brilliant! Have been doing yoga on and off for years but this one session has helped me refine some core poses so that they feel even better. The atmosphere is amazingly warm and welcoming and the setting is beautiful. I will be back!

Yesterday was week 4 of the Yoga Basics 5 week block on Saturday mornings, really enjoying the classes as every week is different! Irene is a great teacher, explains everything very clearly! Great course for anyone new to yoga or been away for a few years like me!
