Evri ParcelShop

In short: do not use this drop shop!Never experienced such rudeness in my life.Why would a company choose to receive parcels from Evri then shout at the person who is picking it up that the parcel is too big?Then refuse to give the parcel to us and say you will send it back because it is too big?Then accuse us of stealing when we say we want the parcel?Avoid using this drop shop.

My husband went to collect the parcel and the shop keeper asked for ID which my husband didn't have and showed the app that this is my parcel. First the shopkeeper marked as delivered the parcel and then start passing regilious and racial comments that he had so many issue of not received parce issue and some religious comment. When my husband askedhim not to bring religion in this conversation Then he kept the parcel and said i will send it back. Even my husband offered him okay i am bringing the ID to collect the parcel but he refused and said i will send it back any how. He was quite aggresive and religious comment was very inappropriate.I don't know what issue he has but he looked quite aggresive and asked my husband to leave the shop. so many people has also raised the same issue with him in the reviee. He doesn't look fit to deal with customer. Evri should at least review their policy to give the collection point service to the people who does not look fit.I wish there were an option to give 0 rating.

I gave percel collection destination without seeing the review... Now I'm suffering too... They don't even open the shop as mentioned time in the evri. Why evri using such useless percel collection point I don't know. Waste of my valuable time... Don't know when I'll able to collect it... It was so urgent.

Rude and stupid. He should close the shop and go in a mental hospital
