These guys made a mean machine out of our measly Transit! The advice they gave was amazing - we needed to be able to travel off-road, so the team recommended some options and gave us some styling tips on the grille too. What a result!

Love these guys, extremely helpful lots of knowledge and will go out of their way to advise/help.That's the good news.The bad stuff..spoke to Stewart who drives same type car as mine, ordered body kit, front, side skirts, colour change on alloys, mirror covers, exhaust tips, a lot of bits. calls rarely returned, wrong parts received. The promise that parts are ordered and I will get a call 'Monday' today's Tuesday no call..once again I call, promised return call within 20mins..that was 2 hrs ago..don't get me wrong I'm happy to wait for a call but don't promise 20 minutes and then not call back, just say 'by the end of the day! This has happened regularly.Also prior to this paid a deposit, parts ordered as mentioned, parts wrong/not done , I still paid the balance in good faith, then made a number of calls over days...no reply until it was noted that my balance of payment hadn't gone through, guess what? had message from accounts about balance not paid and within an hour had prices and info that I had been chasing for days.I WANT to like these guys they ARE good, but bloody awful on returning calls..why should I chase all the time..I'M THE PAYING CUSTOMER. you deal with high end cars, but have a second rate service. As another review says once you've got the money it begins to fall apart.**update** received phone call, parts arrived.. by the time I arrive, review has been read, THEY cancelled sale, refunded monies paid (for bits not fitted), no longer welcome. ! Review stands! I seem to be portraying them in a derogatory way"

These guys are great, had a few cars with body kits and wheels through work and always delighted with the results.Their facilities are first class, plenty of space to wait and the staff are wonderful too.James is always taking our calls and keeping us updated through the process. Thanks for a first class service as always.

Best place for wheels without a doubt. Ordered my alloys, delivered and fitted 2 days later. Superb customer service, friendly, and very helpful. Will definitely recommend!!

Had to replace my alloy wheels due to corrosion which was causing every two day re-inflation of the tyres and the sensitivity of the tyre pressure monitors blanking part of the dashboard display.ProjeX were very helpful in suggesting the style for the replacement wheels, ordering and fitting was a breeze.The young lady on reception offered coffee taken in the comfy lounge waiting area.The car was returned looking smart and ready to go within the hour

I visited projex design uk today for the first time. I was so impressed with the set up, and each & everyone of their staff. I purchased a set of wheels from wheelbase. But they had issues fitting the wheels. So they were sent to projex to fit.Well i turned up to these guys. They conquered every issue put in front of them, Stuart had so much experience in this field fitting them perfectly. I felt so comfortable.A massive thank you to Jay and his guys who couldn't do enough for me. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Top notch

Best experience I've had a garage. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and knowledgable. Facilities are fantastic and the waiting area was really calm and comfortable.I had a full catback exhaust fitted and despite there being some known issues with fitting them (fault of the car design), they went above and beyond to make sure it fitted perfectly.Most importantly the service, I had constant updates while the car was being worked on and following on from chats they even offered to try and source some bits I've been having trouble tracking down.These guys are specialists and clearly into the work they do.
