A member of staff phoned me today 12/10/23 regarding my computer being hacked , and I have to pay £4.99 for Microsoft License which made me feel insecure how this payment was being processed

It lacks the Co-Op that another of the Microsoft buildings has, but has pretty decent training facilities. And gender neutral bathrooms, which is nice and inclusive.

Scammed by someone saying they were in Microsoft reading . Called himself Ronnie Johnson. Now unable to access my computer after I refused to divulge my card number to pay him what I assumed to be a fraudulent fee. Microsoft need to do much much more to stamp out this kind of thing and to provide meaningful support where needed. It’s your reputation being destroyed as well Microsoft!
