Friendly and helpful. I showed up ad hoc after another (very nice) bike shop couldn't help me but recommended I come here. He repaired the puncture on my weird little electric bike and fixed up a few other little problems while he was at it.

Harry very kindly made sure that my new tyre was set up tubeless for me to collect on Friday evening so that I wouldn't miss out on a Saturday ride. I'll definitely be returning next time my bike has any issues or needs a service.

I had a flat tyre and had the inner tube replaced here, it took longer than promised (which was fine as I didn't need the bike in a hurry) When I picked it up I was told (jokingly) to not go back again as my bike had been difficult to change. Fast forward a couple of weeks, the tyre went flat again, I took it somewhere else and they changed it and found the root cause to be the tape around the rim which was worn out. They also said the second puncture could have been avoided if the bike had been checked properly the first time, so it ended up costing me double to fix. Harry contacted me and offered a refund which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time and effort to make things right.

A proper bike repair shop. Harry is everything you could hope for - a bike enthusiast, an expert and a really decent guy. Harry took a look over my bike and provided a no-nonsense assessment of what was and wasn't worth doing. The bike was booked in for the next day Harry was working and he turned it around really quickly. The bike feels excellent and, even better, Harry managed to sort out a shifter without replacing it.Thanks Harry!

Harry is great! Changed both my inner tubes super quickly and was great to chat to while it was being done. Will definitely be going here for all my repair needs
