STORT MILL RECOVERY

Had a stolen caravan recovered to this place after it was found by the police. After contacting this company, they told me it was in good condition. After a 3 hour journey and money wasted fitting a tow bar onto my new car, I found my caravan was completely trashed and not worth recovering at all. Felt deceived by this company and they raised my hopes in order to secure their recovery fee. Appalling the way this company is run, particularly as they are associated with Essex and Hertfordshire police.

As expected but not enough staff in my opinion as it took time to get completed.

My car was stolen and found by police then recovered to Stort Mill Recovery. I am absolutely appauled to be writing this, however these guys have given my car damage which the thiefs didnt give. I saw with my own eyes that they pick up cars with FORK LIFTS. They done exactly the same to mine, and as seen on images this is the damage they caused my Range Rover 2020. I am now writing a formal complaint. Anyone recovering their car from this centre PLEASE MAKE SURE TO GET BENEATH YOUR CARS AS %100 DAMAGE WILL HAVE BEEN CAUSED..having a massive argument at the front desk they did not accept fault at something ive seen with my own eyes. ESSEX AND HERTFORDSHIRE POLICE SHOULD NOT be working with these people.
