Michelles Alteration

More than just taking up trousers and minor alterations. Michelle did an excellent job adding strengthening patches to my gazebo roof to avoid it tearing. Now looks great again and saved me having to buy a new roof for £90. I can highly recommend Michelle's services.

Outfit came for my 18th birthday and didn’t fit took it here and she mended it, made it perfect for me. Very much appreciated. Cheap as well

Unfortunately had a bad experience, called to confirm if it was possible to have the amendments made to my dress, I was asked by the staff member what dress it was and I told them the colour and style of the dress, she asked for a ticket number so I also gave that, she said they She couldn’t find it so I was concerned and asked if the dress was still there, she replied “well it wouldn't be anywhere else”. they said they would call me back when they found the dress … moments later I had a call back and the staff member had a go at me asked me why I didn’t tell them it was a wedding dress as that would have made their lives easier, and told me how I’d wasted their time. I was unaware of this as I described the dress and gave them a ticket number which they asked for, I asked why she was having a go at me and accused me of having an attitude bcos she didn’t like that I asked if the dress was still there. she told me to come at collect my unaltered dress in a rude tone. The staff members have no patience and the customer service was appalling. Even if your busy you still need to operate professionally.
