Very rude Pharmacy Staff. The staff serving the shop were fine, but the pharmacy staff ignored the customers' waiting, and it seemed like we were a nuisance to them.Would definitely not recommend using the Pharmacy's service .

Absolute shambles of a place...went there Monday morning with my prescription for certain eye drops as I have had a cornea Transplant...got half but no cosopt now cosopt is for the pressure in my eye if it goes high it can be fatal after having the op! Went back in on Tuesday still no cosopt went back today now 3 days later still no cosopt they don't seem at all bothered or chase people's prescription up..so the boss I'm pressuring gives me a form to take to my doctors for an emergency eye drop which won't be the same as I'm using and non preservative I take preservative so god knows why he put that for? does he no taking that could damage my eye..so I have to go all the way to leicester to get my prescription because of these incompetent fools can't do there jobs or can't be bothered to follow up prescriptions this pharmacy is more bothered helping druggies than helping other people.

I had a real struggle getting my babies formula as she is allergic to cows milk and Regent Pharmacy could not have been more helpful! They were brilliant. After a long stressful Sunday in the hospital without the right prescription Regents Pharmacy saved us and we’re so helpful!

I've primarily dealt with Mr Patel and Sam and they have been fantastic. I have a repeat prescription that is difficult to source for which another pharmacy repeatedly let me down. But Mr Patel was able to source it for next-day delivery, and kept me updated by phone throughout his enquiries. Sam is the same, in that I feel confident bringing my monthly prescription to her. Also, both of them remember me when I come in, so I don't need to explain myself each time – this REALLY matters. As a result of being so great, I've now made Regent Pharmacy my nominated pharmacy. This is how customer service in healthcare should be – keeping to promises (or not making them in the first place if they're impossible to keep), the personal touch, and being relentlessly helpful. Thank you Mr Patel and Sam, and the whole of Regent Pharmacy.

I've been going to Regent Square Pharmacy for the last couple of months for my daughters prescription which seems hard to get everywhere else and is vital to her. Sam has been most helpful and she has gone the extra step to make sure we have been able to pick up the meds when urgently needed. Highly recommended, first class service and will be going here monthly from now on. Thanks

Excellent service. Struggled to obtain an item on my sons prescription. The pharmacy ordered it and gave me their telephone number to call and check it was there, to ensure I didn’t have a wasted journey.

Sam was so polite and explained thoroughly how and when to take the medication. Definitely a credit to the team!

Great help, very efficient and had the meds I needed when all the other pharmacies didn’t!!
