Very helpful staff with an excellent knowledge of their products.

I needed to find a replacement commode bucket for my elderly Mum and was pleased to be able to find one locally. When I first phoned there was an answerphone but I didn't leave a message as I was trying to source a bucket quickly. Shortly afterwards, the lady phoned me back, was extremely helpful, measuring the replacement for me to make sure it would fit. I went to collect it right away. Job done! Recommend without hesitation.
