Paul has transformed our bathroom and we are delighted with the result. The tiling he did is faultless, and his eye for detail ensured that the placement of the tiles was beautifully judged. He has consistently worked to an exceptionally high standard, and in spite of having to knock down walls and an old disused chimney, he managed to minimise the amount of dust flying around the house. It was a pleasure to have him working here, and we had no hesitation in asking him to return later in the year to install a new kitchen and renew the roof of the property. From the initial site visit we were kept informed by a comprehensive estimate and knew exactly where we were up to with the costs of the project. His estimate was spot on, and his invoicing was clear and prompt. We were reassured to hear from him that once he starts on a job he sees it through without disappearing to do other work he is juggling with. We are so looking forward to his return and to the end result of the next phase of works. We simply cannot recommend him highly enough.

Paul is a rare find - he’s done 2 major projects at my house now and I couldn’t be happier. Paul Williams from P.D Williams Construction has done several projects on our property in 2019.He has replaced many windows around the house. He has converted our main floor to open living room/kitchen and installed a brand new kitchen. Also, he has converted our garage into a bathroom/ utility room.Every job Paul has done for us has been 100% completed and to a very high standard. Paul did an excellent job on a loungeextention, which involved removing old internal brick walls and inserting a couple of steels, a very messy job done to perfection. We were recommended by a work colleague to try P.D. Williams construction for doing our new Bathroom, after ringing and arranging for him to come and quote on our building work he came round that day .The quote he submitted was to our liking and we arranged a start date.The work he carried out was to the highest standard of workmanship and professionalism ,very clean,safety conscious and caused us minimum disruption.I have no hesitation in recommending his first class service's to my family,friends or any other work colleagues ,we were very happy with the new finished bathroom...if I had to rate him ....FIVE STAR...

Over the past few years Paul has done a number of jobs for us, including hard-landscaping of the garden (new walls, steps, patio); building a large brick & slab balcony, complete refitting of our kitchen & utility (engineered oak flooring, new units, oak worktops, wall finishing, wiring, lighting, plumbing etc etc); and complete replacement of our gutters & facia boards.Paul is one of those rare individuals who take exceptional pride in their work, and I would have complete confidence and trust in him to do a job to the highest standards. We would recommend Paul for any project, large or small, around the house. Over the last two years he has refurbished a bedroom, insulting, plastering, sanding floorboards and installing a new fireplace and mantlepiece with a slate base.A new toilet has been installed in the utility room which included renewing windows, rewiring, floor tiling, insulating etc. The roof to this addition was also retiled.Separately, the front room had been insulated which included replastering and solving a few damp issues.His latest project was to reconcrete a section of driveway. This was completed on his own. All was done to a very high standard together with a few individual touches which helped with drainage and the overall impression.All of the projects have been completed with the same amount of pride, imagination and excellent workmanship. He is punctual, tidy and considerate, giving really helpful advice. All topped off with a great sense of humour! We cannot recommend him highly enough and would not hesitate to ask him to work at our house again. Thanks Paul.
