Had a really great experience with Reynolds - brilliant customer service and the installation by Jordan was seamless. He was polite, friendly, and did the job with no problems. The blinds in our bay window look marvellous! Thanks for a great job!

10/10. Reynolds provide an excellent service. From the sales consultation, booking the fitting to the actual fitting with the friendly, tidy and efficient Jordan. Every appointment started professionally and on time. None of this three hour timeslot nonsense. The icing on the cake is that they're local and came in at a much more competitive price than Hillary's.

Our roller blinds were great, we found the perfect one. customer service can be better as Andy was quite moody and rushing when he came out to measure our windows. the guy who fitted our blinds was fast and helpful which was great. the price of our blinds was quite expensive but worth it as its blackout and had a nice silvery design. the ease of payment and booking in a fitting date was good.

Warning - incompetence on every level mainly relating to the Oxford branchA job that should have taken three weeks took almost a year, four visits and a lot of energy.The first fitter made numerous mistakes in two visits: two blinds came down after weeks, one right on my little son’s bed and his pillow who was fortunately not in bed at that point; and one blind did not work.Following this, I emailed the office but they did not respond for months and finally followed up by sending payment reminders for work that was not completed.Another fitter (who was nice and appeared competent and who should probably leave the company as he does not fit in with these qualities) finally fixed our blinds in two more visits and agreed that we should get a very significant discount for all the problems we encountered and the safety aspects.The head office offered a discount of around 7% which does not feel appropriate considering the above.

Appalling customer service. Are still waiting on the fitting of shutters in one room which were ordered in feb 2021. A delay caused by their own incorrectly taken measurements.Despite repeated calls and emails to understand when order will be fulfilled there has been no response.Shocking customer service. wished we had never ordered with them in the first instance.

We used Reynolds Blinds in Oxford to fit white wooden blinds throughout our new build house. Living abroad, we needed a company that would make things easy for us to communicate with them. From start to finish they were great to deal with and kept us updated on when the blinds would be ready. As it was a new build, the blinds couldn't be fitted straight away so they stored them for us until the build was completed enough for them be fitted. The house was empty so they arranged with the agent to collect the keys, fit the blinds, let us know that they had finished and then returned the keys to the estate agent. Great job throughout. They were recommended by family who had used them before and after seeing how great the new blinds looked in our house, they will be using them again. Would recommend without any reservation, a great company all round. All of my dealings were with Kelly & Theresa in the shop/office & Andy who came out to measure up & fit... thanks guys!

10/10 very happy customers, from the measurements visit, second visit for double checking of measurements, to the fitting day. Very friendly customer service, changed our order twice without any problems before we paid the deposit. Have been informed about the 16 weeks waiting time straight away which we agreed. They called us with the update of our order, booked the installation day, the fitters arrived exactly on time. They worked quickly and has been very clean, even vacuumed after, left the house clean and tidy, took all the packaging away. The shutters looks great. Thank you.

Never again would I use this company. Our order was ongoing for 18 months not to mention the amount of times the fitters had to return to rectify mistakes. The customer service is also appalling.
