Just wanted to say that today was served by Dan in the Westgate premises who really was kind friendly and outstanding with going the extra mile with really amazing friendly customer service , he made the visit worthwhile

My coffee was fine, so good, but everything else was poor.I resented being watched taking my seat, then being told to move because 'this area is now closed'. The available seating at the front of the cafe was cold, draughty and dirty.Might have bought a pastry, but only burnt offerings were available. Should not even have been on display.

Pret Westgate Oxford team is amazing, always great experience. Especially manager Angella - always goes an extra mile to lead by example for her team on how to ensure best customer service. Truly passionate about her job and makes a difference to rje day! Thank you to the great team! Highly recommend!

Nice place upstairs of the Westgate shopping centre. Very polite and helpful. Went at lunchtime & very busy still a good selection but long waiting time. Managed to sit down though. There’s toilet available. Child and buggy friendly too.

Delicious baguette and coffee BUTOrdered a cinnamon swirl take away. Several hours later after a gruelling rail replacement bus journey home I found I was given a pain aux raisin.A PAIN AUX RAISIN INSTEAD OF A CINNAMON SWIRL.It will take many moons to recover from this ineptitude... this betrayalEdit: after getting home I had a nap and upon waking thought I'd eat this pastry anyway (it was the only sweet food in the house).I have to admit it was actually quite tasty and I recognise I was being overly emotional and dramatic in my prior review.Don't get me wrong... a pain aux raisin is not on the same tier as a cinnamon swirl. Not by a long shot.However, to honour this new found revelation I have updated my review score to more accurately reflect the entire experience.

Amazing place, awesome staff.They offered free drink to my little one when I went there for an enquiry. That's world class customer service ( technically I was not even a customer on that visit)

The staff needs to know how to package the drinks securely so the delivery won't arrive spilled quite often.
