Honestly the best service, from quote to install in 24 hours. We chose a Kinetico system.We had a limited schedule when we could get our system installed and they managed to fit us in at such late notice within 24 hours. What great service! Comparable pricing to the major UK retailers, much prefer to keep it local with Mark and David and the team here in Ferring. Really professional friendly service the install was fabThanks guys, loving the softened water already.

I bought a sediment trap for my ceramics studio and they shipped it to me in the Czech Republic so quickly. The package was hold by customs here and Felicity from UKh2o helped me to track it down. I recommend this service and I'll be ordering from them in the future. Thank you!

From the start Adam was very helpful providing guidance with the planning of our new bathroom . He was always in contact on developments and contactable when questions arose. He provided a start and and finish date which were both meet. The bathroom fitter Dave was diligent and always approachable to discuss the progress of the installation. Very pleased with the finished product and enjoying my new bathroom facilities.

Kinetico need a better dealer than this!. The softener is excellent, the quoting price and cold water plumbing part of the install is great. But the shelf and waste install on ours is a proper bodge it and leg it

The installer David did a very good job installing the externally situated unit, not particularly easy with limited space both inside and out, and left the areas very neat and tidy. We had a BWT water softener and Quooker hot tap fitted by Mark a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. It was a tricky fit due to our kitchen sink setup but Mark found the solution and worked tirelessly until it was perfect.A great customer service and highly recommended!
