We hired MWS in summer 2012 to re-equip our house with modern double-glazed units, French windows, uPVC back door and a composite front door with side glass panel. They were hired because they built a conservatory at our last house which was very good, What went wrong?...The windows and uPVC doors were fine. Good so far.The ongoing issue remains with the composite front door and side panel, which has never been satisfactory from installation. The door frame meeting with the side panel (where the keeps are) is too thin and flexes, resulting in either having to slam the door to close, or pushing to and lifting the handle to engage the deadbolts. Furthermore, the key lock is stiff as a result.Anyhow, we have two loose fixing bolts and a moving frame due to elongation caused by the frame flexing, top and bottom which I am replacing as MWS never turned up last time I called (several months ago). Now looking at possibly replacing the frame. This experience is disappointing and could have so easily been a 4* or 5* review. A shame given their previously good work.
