Jay was incredibly helpful and managed to get me in his schedule after a few hours of me calling. I just moved in to a place that had no running water and he's fixed it and taught me a few things about the thermostat and what to check with the boiler. Since the job didn't take very long, he readjusted his initial quote to me and I'm very grateful. Excellent family business. Thank you, Jay!

I can’t praise Jay and his wife, Sam, highly enough. My nightmare began on 1st April when, on accompanying a vulnerable relative to a hospital appointment, I discovered that he hadn’t been able to use his shower for a month because it was leaking down into the flat below. He’d tried three plumbers: one covered by his Homeserve policy, who said he couldn’t repair it because he was allergic to silicone - yes, a plumber allergic to silicone; one from Rightio who charged £180 call out, said he’d get back to him with a quote and never did; and Able plumbers who kept him waiting in all day for two days and never turned up. At my wits end, and faced with the Easter weekend, I phoned Jay on Maundy Thursday. He said he’d come out Tuesday 11th, between 10 and 11 and would phone me half an hour before he was due to arrive, which is exactly what he did, with no call out charge. It was clear that the problem was much more than just a leaky tray or pipe: the whole shower room needed replacing. By 8.30am the following Monday, Jay’s team were hard at work, stripping out the old shower room and Jay’s wife Sam had ordered all the fittings. The flat was too small for anyone to stay in whilst the work was going on, but Sam phoned me and sent me videos of progress every day. Sam was brilliant and the guys worked flat out every day. In less than two weeks the whole thing was finished, including the supply and fitting of a new unvented Economy 7 water tank - and that was with Eid in the middle! They also came back to reconnect the power supply of the back up immersion when it became apparent that it wasn’t connected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jay and Sam: they are reliable and do a very good job at a fair price. It’s a family business and it was so nice to deal with people so invested in what they do, instead of some can’t do, couldn’t care less, corporate entity!

Had a very old boiler replaced with a combi by Jay and team. Absolutely brilliant work. It was a big job and they completed it quickly and professionally. The house was left as if they’d never been there. They were polite and super helpful.

Jay and team installed the combi boiler within a day (moving from gravity fed to combi). He visited twice before installation and explained the process. The team did a good job and installed the latest version of the valiant boiler and so far so good. I received a courtesy call next day to ensure all working fine and overall it was a good experience.

Don't know where to start with these guys.Jay is so professional and you feel at ease the job will be done well.Zibi is such a legend, works so very hard. All the others too are so friendly and was so happy at the outcome.They had a massive job here with some very old pipe work.Thank you guysMark

Have used this company several times over last couple of years, kitchen tap replaced, leaking pipe repaired, electric shower replaced & most recently a shower pump replaced.I have always received a speedy response with reasonable quote from Jay.Work carried out promptly & to a high standard by his friendly team who always give excellent service.

Really happy with this company. The staff were very informative and helpful. Installation has been perfect, no problems at all with our new boiler. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

I had a water leak in the ceiling. I rang Re-Nu just before 8am to see if they had anyone available that could come and look at it for me. There was someone at my house within an hour. The source of the leak was quickly identified and even though it was a pretty awkward place to work it was repaired and working again within 2 hours. The engineer was friendly and tidied up well after himself. Would highly recommend this company.
