Had my air-conditioning re gassed today. Did it while I waited with no booking. I did have an issue with my coolant tank as a result but it was fixed free of charge for me and you can't say fairer than that. Very honest, very friendly and I would definitely recommend. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to leave 5 stars here

I recently booked my car in for a full service and received excellent customer service from Alex. Subsequent to the service, I had additional work carried out which, although there was a bit of a hiccup over parts, it was dealt with very professionally by Paul and Alex and resolved very quickly.

Had a full service on my car for the first time with Sal and I am extremely satisfied with his work and customer service. Best service I ever had in Leamington and would definitely recommend them.

Harry completed the service on my wife's car. He was exceptional in carrying out a fantastic job. I was able to drop off the car on Sunday morning for Harry to carry out the work. The car drives like new! Once again a special thank you to In n Out and Harry!

We had problems with the brakes on our 1985 lotus excel. We were seen straight away by a very professional and polite mechanic named Salvatore. We left the car with him.. he rang later stating the calipers had siezed .. i managed to get a set delivered and he spoke to his boss who decided they would fit them for us. He spent all afternoon on the car but couldnt fix it. They also agreed to store the car over night to await recovery. They didnt charge us anything for the work and salvatore refused to accept money as a thank you. I would recommend this garage and we would like to thank Salvatore personally for his help and friendliness.

Had my air conditioning topped up yesterday, great guys, very swiftly done for a good price and so conveniently located opposite Morrisons!

Booked in via AA website. Turned up at 9am for 9-12 am window. Unable to give MOT because not licenced yet?! That’s a day off work wasted.
