Same review as others unfortunately and frustratingly nobody picks up the phone, I’m going to report it. This is women’s health you are playing with here get yourselves up to par, outrageous!

I have only the best to say about this clinic.The breast care nurse Caroline acknowledged my family history and managed to discuss my case on the MDT meetings.I was invited for further evaluation and the staff were amazing.I was given reassurance and support.Thank you

I would like to pass my thanks to the team today (7/6/17) at Luton. I went in following regular mammogram. I had a series of ultra sound and further mammogram then a core biopsy.Everyone was kind, gentle, informative and so knowledgeable, thank you! A fantastic service that I pray the NHS does not lose. We even managed to have a bit of a laugh. Hope not to see you again, in the best possible way.

After my third routine three-yearly check, I had to attend the clinic for further screening. In my case this was another mammogram, ultrasound and biopsies (two sites). A call two days later followed by a meeting with breast surgery consultant two days after that (thankfully, caught early it seems). All very quick and efficient. I would like to give a special mention to all those I encountered at the breast clinic in Lewsey Road who made the whole experience as easy and informative as possible (I would be lying if I said painless): those doing the mammograms, the biopsies, the nurses, the doctors. As another reviewer said, we even had a laugh and who'd have thought the conversation would include Manny Pacquiao. Thank you!

I had a breast screening mammogram recall and attended the Clinic A at Lewsey Road today 23/8I was given a mammogram by a lovely young lady who explained what would happen next and then went on to see a nurse and a doctor.What a credit to the nhs you are ,you explained why I had been recalled what you wanted to do and completely put me at ease during a very worrying and stressful time. Whilst being examined by the doctor the nurse chatted and explained what was happening.Thank you so much for what you do

My mother has been trying to ring up to book an appointment for a breast screening appointment for weeks now, she rings multiple times throughout the day and every time gets the same message that all the lines are busy with no option to leave a message. She has also emailed to try and book an appointment with no reply, this is unacceptable

Brilliant place. I left my house in St Albans to drive to Luton and Dunstable, had the mammogram and drove home and the complete time taken was 1 hour 15 mins. I can’t ask for more than that.

Had a routine mammogram today, that was carried out by a lovely lady called Jenny. She was very supportive and talked me through the whole process. Even though this process is never pleasant it has been the easiest screening I have ever hadThank you Jenny

I would like to say how brilliant the nurse at Royston was today (7/06/16). I have had an unpleasant experience in the past & was nervous, but she completely put me at ease & was very professional. Thank you.

Can not praise the staff here enough, the nurse and doctor are amazing , explained everything so clearly. Made sure I understood what was going on and possible out comes . Took my daughter with me and she felt very much involved with what was going on . The waiting time was outstanding only there 2 hours . Thank you to the doctor and nurse who I saw so very kind and patient, a real credit to this department.
