Julie did a wonderful job of sharing her training process with us. The dogs were amazing and our whole group really enjoyed themselves and had a great time (kids, teens and adults).

We booked a private demonstration for 2 people with Julie. Because there were only 2 of us we were offered a morning ATV tour of the farm to see the dogs working in action. It was absolutely the best experience of our entire trip to the UK.Julie was so kind and so informative. The dogs were so cute (obviously!) and seeing them in action was the most unique experience. The farm itself is breathtakingly beautiful, matched with watching the dogs do what they were born to do is unlike anything we have ever experienced. Book a demonstration! You won't regret it!Note: getting to the farm was a bit tedious as we did not rent a car. Book a train to Gorebridge and have a taxi scheduled to take you to the farm AND to pick you up!! You most likely won't have cell service at the farm, so having it booked ahead of time is crucial.

This were 2 amazing hours that we spent talking and seeing Julie working with her dogs! The passion and enthusiasm that Julie speaks about the trainings, the tricks, the different tones for each order, the dogs and the sheep is amazing and it captures your attention. We went there witty our 3 kids and they enjoyed every moment (specially the oldest one - 8 years old). We were lucky with the weather and we had the opportunity to ask all the questions about the dogs, sheep, live in farm and the importance of the sheep in the ecosystem. I truly recommend!

I have had dogs all my life, and in the main, they were all well-behaved and socialised, until I visited Neth Hill. From Julie, I learned more about myself and my communication skills with my dogs than I expected. So valuable money can't buy the lessons learned. My relationship with my dogs has changed very much for the better.

Julie is so incredibly talented, and the dogs were impressive too. This was a highlight of our Scotland visit, well worth the trip out of the typical tourist spots.

Our family of five had a tremendous experience at Neth Hill Border Collies. We were fascinated to learn about Julie's training techniques, and amazed by how the dogs responded to subtle voice and body cues. Julie was a fantastic host and teacher, and interacting with the dogs was delightful. The setting is absolutely beautiful. We all left with a sense of wonder. This was our top highlight from our visit to Scotland, even considering that we had several other fantastic experiences in other places. Highly recommended!

We have been to a couple of demonstrations before, but they pale in comparison to Julie's! First she waited for us to arrive before she started, we got lost and were late. Half our party arrived on time, that was so kind, and unexpected. The demonstration was so informative, entertaining, educational!! She is so incredibly talented and in tune with her animals, just amazing. I couldn't recommend this demonstration more, we would definitely participate again!!

FANTASTIC visit!! Small group of eleven on a rainy day. Had turning radius for the full bus. Awning to keep us dry on the rainy day. Hot tea to keep us warm. Easy to hear the sheperdess. Dogs precious DARLING and SO skilled! Have your camera ready for when she sends the dog into the fenced off pasture - you'll want a video of him sailing over the fence and your whole group exclaiming in awe!! LOVED this place and our sheperdess!! She was bonny and kind. We were so impressed. We will be back!!

Our jaws dropped as we pulled up the driveway; the setting is absolutely incredible. We were on the grass, on the floor, as we watched Julie work with her dogs. She is THE dog whisperer. We got to help feed the lambs. It was the best day of our trip. Be aware though, there is no cell phone reception nor internet service. We are very thankful for those on the farm" that helped us find a ride home."
