Dont tell me if Argos is still open.

Visited this Argos store this evening where I was rudely served by a young Asian fella who was apparently a manager, probably in his late 20's, early 30's. While attempting to converse with the customer service agent, he treated me very disrespectfully by rudely interrupting me many times, by speaking over me and invalidate points I was making. Numerous occasions I had to ask him to change the tone at which he used towards me as I found it very rude and hurtful as a customer. This gentleman was completely unhelpful, and refused to assist me in the way I deserved to be as a customer. I will be making a formal complaint to the Argos head office as this behaviour is unacceptable and quite frankly unfair and does not represent a good business model of the company. Never had I ever had any issues in this branch with any members of staff up until now.

I went to this store todayAnd I have very bad experienceI was waiting in the queue and then member of staff call then she asked me to go back to the queue but I found myself heading to the queue again and then a member of staff call me again and she asked me to go back to the queue when I ask him to just serve me and let me leave the a person name Dan from Argos staff told me lower your voice or I will ask you to leaveI was just talk normally and I was just trying to explain that's the third time to be in the queueThis person need to be trained how to took to customer I will never use the store because I think the People in this store are very rude
