Dave is extremely professional and generous. One of our technicians had been called to an area outside our normal patch and didn't have some necessary kit with him. Rather than a long round-trip back to the office, Dave was willing to give us the necessary kit to allow us to service our customer. Co-operation like this is great, and hope we could do the same in return.
