There was no experience to rate. I parked up under the nose of the mechanics who were dealing with a customer so I went to reception, rang the bell twice and waited. No-one appeared. As I drove out, again I was seen but ignored. Maybe they're used to random people parking in their designated spaces for fun. Who knows. Won't be returning.

Been using Paul and James for a few years now after my brother in law recommended them.They are first class and I've always been happy with all aspects of the service they provide.I note one poor review saying that they rang the bell and had to wait. Well, when you're with another customer, you finish with them and then attend to the bell ringer.Its called patience !Well done the JP team.

Been using these guys pretty much since they opened. They have always been brilliant and looked after our cars! Even when they are really busy they still find the time to help in a crisis! Thanks Paul & James. We wont go anywhere else!
