Totally Wicked - E-cigarette and E-liquid Shop
I visited yesterday and met two wonderful staff. I explained the awful experience I had at a different store. Very attentive and helpful as I walked out the shop with two amazing vapes. I was able to try many variety of flavours which was good as I came out with a stock full. Thank you Josh and Chay for your friendly approach and guidelines. If you are new to vaping I recommend all newbies to come to this store as you won't be disappointed. And the step through and set up is easy. I am a much happier customer than I was before.

I went to my local Totally Wicked shop in West Drayton to get some coils and gels.I was served by Chay.Young and enthusiastic lad.I was well impressed with his level of customer service.He helped me with choosing right products to my satisfaction.He was knowledgeable and very helpful.Great customer service.Thank you very much.

I don’t usually post reviews but I just wanted to share that Jake Smith and Taran have been fantastic at the west Drayton branch. I love the fact that this isn’t just a vape shop but the time they take to give advice and actually talk about the NHS partnership has filled me with confidence that this is the only place i should buy my vapes from! They are exactly what I train my staff to be like.

Excellent customer service. Every time Jin gives me advice I go for it. He’s very knowledgeable and knows what’s best. He recommended me a vape machine and i would not swop it for the world. Every time I walk in he greats me by my name. He knows who is his customers are.
