Miserable barrier staff, they bring you down without even saying anything to you. Faces like slapped ar$es all shift. Never any please, thank yous or acknowledgement half the time.

John, the ticket officer here provided an unacceptable service. While I kept explaining him that my train in cancelled and I have my right to catch a different train, he kept insist that my ticket is invalid because the train is cancelled and I can only get on the next train.

Clean and tidy. Very well organised. There were staff to help at the ticket kiosk and at the platform. There is a large elevator to take you from the upper side to the platform from where the trains depart. It has very frequent trains to and from the main train station in Manchester and to the airport. Tickets to the airport was 6 pounds.

Match day wearnt enough trains on got squashed and some trains were cancelled which made it worse

Much improved from when i was a regular visitor here 20 years ago. Needs an exit to the West side really.Student lane
