Having just bought a new Kia from Chris Ariss we can't praise him enough! We must say that from the off set Chris was a very professional and a very excellent sales man. Chris never once pushed me to buy and was very informative about all of my options. After going ahead with our new Kia Chris was excellent at keeping regular contact, he was very attentive and even managed to sort an early delivery of my new car. On pick up day Chris went above and beyond In taking the time to go through all of my features and accessories!! We can't recommend him enough ! Thankyou Chris!

We visited here for the first time having recently relocated from Hampshire and could not have been happier with the experience. We were greeted warmly by Carly, a lovely lady with an amazing knowledge of cars. She listened to what we were looking for and suggested different options but with no pressure whatever. We accepted her offer to test drive 2 cars and purchased a Suzuki Ignis there and then. We collected the car the following week and received a follow up call from Carly a few days later as promised, with the offer to contact her in future if needed. Carly is a credit to your company and we would not hesitate to return to you in the future.

After purchasing a car from your Vauxhall branch for my parents-in-law, I liked the idea of a Kia for us. We got very warmly greeted by Carly. She listened to what we were looking for and came up with some options and mentioned about one coming in on part ex. We would have to wait, but paid the holding depost. Over the period Carly kept us in formed with what was going on. Once the car had arrived she phoned us and got us in asap to test drive it. After making it very clear there was no pressure to purchase it off we went. We have now purchased this car and are due to collect it this week. Carly is a massive credit to the company. The whole team made us feel welcome and vaild as customers. Highly recommend the group to anyone who reads this.

Absolutely amazing dealership. My husband had already bought his car here but when it was my turn to upgrade from my first run about to a ‘proper grown up’ car I came here. We were greeted by Emily, I have to say she made it the best experience for me. She fully explained everything in detail, at a level that I would understand. She also explained that it was a family run business and made me feel very safe with where my money was going. Emily was a very person centred sales rep that understood everything I wanted and she went out of her way to make sure it happened. She went above and beyond and I could not be more impressed by her than I already am. I was always greeted with a smile and I really can’t say how much of a fantastic experience it really was. I have and will carry on to recommend her and the dealership to everyone that will listen. The car itself is amazing too, much better than I thought it was going to be and I got a very fair price for my old car. I feel so lucky to have used this dealership.

Adam was absolutely fantastic, from the start of the process of buying a new Kia EV Niro to its delivery which was delayed due to supply chain issues at the Kia UK end of things. He lent us a car while we were without one as we had sold ours expecting to pick up the new car on a particular date and he was let down by the Kia UK supply chain issues. Love the new car. Drives well and looking forward to many miles of driving in it.

My first Kia Sportage - Superb car with really great build quality. I have to say i am very pleasantly surprised how solid it feel.
