Tom came at short notice to replace some locks after our tenant had moved out. He had all the replacements needed in his van did a thorough job and gave me two keys for each lock. Excellent work job done thanks.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Tom responded quickly to my initial enquiry (even though he was on holiday!) and an appointment was arranged without any issues.Having been given a brief of the job, he carried it out quickly and efficiently, adapting quickly to any unexpected situations. He was extremely polite and professional, ensuring that all keys to all changed locks were tested before he left. Fantastic value for money.

Having a front door locked closed because of a defective lock is an inconvenience. Tom attended promptly, initiated a temporary fix, and ordered a replacement locking mechanism, which he fitted the following day. He was professional, timely, tidy and transparent in explaining the issue and the fix he was undertaking. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to contact him again if needing a locksmith.

Tom was great, came round within about an hour, and fixed a broken rack bolt in front door, was tricky but managed to sort it and replace with a new one in no time. Very reasonable price for the work. Highly recommend services of TMB Locksmiths.
