Honestly there is no attention to detail. Their focus is on getting more customers into the store. It is such a rushed process, nail do not match and when you complain it comes across like you are bothering there. I would not recommend here if you want attention to detail

I love the nails, unfortunately due to them being rushed as there was only 2 of them there they did cut my finger. O also ended up with nail varnish and nail glue on my fingers.(Although I do like to peel it off after) I would go again but nor my first choice. They need to turn down people if they're busy and not just keep letting them in.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was visiting my mum in the area, forced myself to go this place as I HAD to get my nails done for an outing. From the beginning I asked if they take card and technician looked at me deadly, “CASH”. Another customer had to tell me it’s okay hun they do take bank transfer. Gel pedi; When asked politely to please use primer for my toenails, which is needed for the gel system to last, my tech walked off mad I asked and left me to be “spoken to by the manager”. Who said “we don’t do that here!”. I was left with one foot with just base coat one foot without, as I was being spoken to. The tech who left me started on someone else for a bit, left me for longer. Completing my full set; When I asked if they had a thin nail art brush, so that I may please use a gel colour - simple pink, for a simple design. I was again left to be “spoken to by the manager”. I was told “NO, we don’t have that here” with as much attitude as she could find. A simple nail art brush, any beginning basic nail tech would have in a starter kit for a basic beginner design. They had neither. To top off this spectacularly horrible experience . When paying she - the manager - shouted at me, at full volume across the shop “is she DONE!”, “Are You Done!”. Even though I told the member of staff, who I was standing directly next to already that I had sent my payment. I had to tell this lady, the MANAGER to not shout at me a customer. She removed her mask to shout “I am not shouting!”, at me across the full nail bar. She removed her mask to project her voice, to shout, you just couldn’t make it up. I was actually standing next to that member of staff after my payment, with acetone to remove a patch of sticky uncured gel polish the tech didn’t check for. And I couldn't stand their horrible attitude, to even ask them to fix it. As the three times l opened my mouth through my whole full set + gel pedi treatment, I was spoken about in a derogatory tone and manner in their native language, across the salon. I’ve been doing my nails for over a decade, in various settings, I am a trained nail tech and I know the tone of everyday office banter, from gossiping about a client. No matter the language, If it was something positive being said, it would have been said in a manner to which I could also engage in the conversation and respond. It was rude. As I said I didn’t expect my normal experience. But from every member of staff. Such terrible basic, basic customer service, starting from management down. Management being the worse one. That was shocking.Everyone has bad days but I can tell from their demeanour it happens frequently. Also another client commented how “pissy” they were as she left to her friend. So even if you can’t handle the demands of a busy salon, stock basic tools for nail-art and to properly prepare the natural nail plate for a lasting gel polish. It’s never needed to take these frustration out on your customers. Ever. It wasn’t just the primer or the nail art brushes that were missing. Basic service training and proper management appeared to be very much missing here also.

Avoid at all costs if you have anxiety, I was down in Aylesbury to pick up a car and had to wait so I went to get my nails done. I did go to the first nail shop next to it but it was fully booked ( now I know why) absolutely disgusting customer service they laughed at me in their own language for no reason? And they talk about you in their own language constantly and don’t even hide they’re doing it. I have never had such bad service in my whole life they made me feel so bad about myself. They filed my natural nails are so thin that they hurt to even have acrylics on. They are so sharp I struggle to even do day to day things. The two men in there are so judgmental and nasty. The main woman in there lets them get away with it and laughs along with them. This place needs to be shut down. They laughed at me because I asked for normal acrylics and not gel because they know it costs less. The nail shop was disgusting and dirty and so were the staff. The men in there try rush you to get out so they do your nails so fast, they filed mine on a slant and they make you feel like they hate you the whole time .I really hope you avoid them.

Although I was somewhat satisfied with the service, I was mortified that they asked me to leave my bag and formal government identification in their possession while I withdrew money for payment.I refused to leave anything, walked to the cash point, withdrew cash and did the ‘walk of shame’ back to the shop to pay them with my child beside me! (Baring in mine they shouted this in front of the other seated customers!)I was able to see the cash point from the window….I have never been caught running off without paying anyone in my life.It left a bad taste in my mouth….I will NEVER return to that awful establishment.Absolutely disgusted! #Blacklisted

I had a great experience at Nails 21. I was served by Anna and she was so lovely. She made me feel so comfortable and did my nails exactly as I expected them to be. Their prices are good too

This place doesn’t understand or care about the care of natural nails.I had gel polish removed there and manicure done. The technician was so brutal and rough with my nail plate and skin around the nails. It was horrifying.I am now growing out the damage done to my natural nail plate with the rough use of the drill and it looks horrid. It will take months.I don’t think i will ever trust anyone to touch my nails ever again. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate in my opinion.
