Turned up very swiftly. Friendly and very professional. Reasonably priced and job done thoroughly. Keeps old broken locks to raise money for charity using their scrap value which is a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Contacted Richard in relation to key jammed on locked UPVC back door. Arrived within 30 minutes and managed to resolve the issue in about 45mins. Charged a Fair Price for the work he carried out. As a result I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending his service. Thank You.

Great service ! I locked myself out at 6am with the key left inside.I phoned Richard around 7am after reading through great reviews. He picked up the phone almost immediately and was at our address within 30-40min. Very nice person comes across very professional, job was done quickly and smoothly with no damage to the door !Reasonable price given that it was an emergency out of hours call.I would highly recommend him !!!!

Ordered a biometric door lock from amazon and couldn't fit it myself, grant was very quick and professional, installed it perfectly , left everything tidy , no issues and wouldn't definitely recommend and use again.
