Ordered chicken kebabs and were left waiting for over an hour while regulars where served before us. Young lad In a turban then smothered food in garlic when we'd clearly stated no sauce on one. Utterly shambolic

I ordered food from Mr Joes on Uber eats me and my friends waited nearly two hours no food arrived so we rang up Mr Joes they said it was around the corner waited another 49 mins no food still so rang them again but when to user busy so we rang up Uber eats instead wondering where our food is and if they can help they rang up Mr Joes they didn’t pick up Uber eats saw how long me and my friends where waiting for our food to be delivered and cancelled my order and repaid me the money I spent worst place ever never ordering from here again

Large kebab garlic chicken and dinner meat hardly no dinner meat and it was cold chicken cut so small if that was large I would hate to a small first experience and could be my last

No salad and disapointing amount of sauce in dona kabab. Does not deserve to be on deliveroo. Waste of money. Try most wanted" make better kabab for less money."

Absolutely disgusting how we where treated. Order food and told it will be aroundan hour, 2 hours later still no food. So eventually got through on phone to be told it's on its way. 15 mins later food arrived and it was cold. Driver told by this time to take it back and argued it wasn't cold after we checked it. Will never order from this takeaway again and will be putting a compliant in to health and hygiene over the poor service

Placed an order at 11pm for a 1am delivery. Food turned up over 30 minutes late, most of it was stone cold and tasteless, and the shop would not answer the phone. Portions very small. Would not recommend or use this takeaway again.

Think it was the drivers first day on the job, either that or he was delivering in a pogo stick because 3 hours later no food rang them 37 times and each time he was round the corner my dead gran can moves quicker than this guy, anyway no food so getting a refund from just eat guy on the phone thought it was funny when I called him to complain as well please avoid
