Trying to contact this pharmacy is awful! Currently 17 unanswered calls and 6 of which they've put the phone down!Stuff rarely in stock and can't drive to pick up meds :(

Would give zero stars if I could. Trying to close early and refusing to serve people even though they’re open. Turning away people needing antibiotics and time critical medication. Massive queues. Save the stress and go elsewhere.

this must be the worst pharmacy ever! a pompous idiot of a pharmacist refused to give my carer Chloramphenicol eye drops! insisted that he must see me and argued with me on the phone I told him I was disabled and housebound to no avail! I have been buying these eye drops for years from this pharmacy without problems ! the man is a rude, insensitive idiot !! you would think I'd asked him for heroin not bloody eye drops!! avoid, avoid, avoid this place like the plague and I will never, ever set foot in there again!! this man should be dismissed ASAP !! it's not as if Well pharmacy's have a good reputation anyway but this idiot needs to go NOW !

Terrible. Pharmacist would only speak to me via the shop assistant as an intermediary. He made his diagnosis" remotely without speaking to me; I left empty handed. I went elsewhere and got the help I needed."

I wouldn't even give them one star - I have had enough of long queues, medication not being in, then you go back and it's still not in. They're okay if it's a repeat prescription, but if it's something urgent you have no chance! I have moved my business elsewhere.

Chemist lied to my face, and an elderly lady, looking for Lateral Flow tests. “There’s none left in the whole of the UK”. Strange that seeing as though my friend just picked up a pack 2 mins prior from another location.Don’t mind if you have run out, but don’t lie to people who are trying to protect themselves and others. Very unprofessional and I’d avoid this place as much as possible.I’ve since been to another chemist and picked up a pack with no issues…

Awful staff!They lie to you.We have been told we collected prescriptions that we haven't and made to look like liars.We're given the wrong medication and less doses then the prescription advised.Staff were rude and disrespectful and blame the patient or the GP for their own mistakes.Issues have been addressed and no one looked in to our issue ever.

Went to collect antibiotic prescription for my elderly mother and was told I could get them in two days as they had to order them. When I said it was not acceptable as a 90 year old woman needing antibiotics needs the right now not in 2 days and asked them to give me the prescription to go elsewhere. They said it would take 10 minutes. I came back 10 minutes later and they had the antibiotics ready. So not sure why I was lied to in the beginning unless they just couldn't be arsed to do the prescription.
