Rented a house under this agency from a landlord. We paid full deposit and first month rent as you would anywhere else. We had a house inspection from the landlord yearly for them to say the house is “like a new house” and that we have “turned it around”. They did not mention that they were not happy that we decorated or done our own flooring and our own blinds throughout the house until we moved out and tried getting the deposit back. We ended up getting half the deposit back due to this! Would not recommend!

Very bad landlords had many issues in the property which was always botched up and not corrected. Also try and keep the deposit. Rent was always paid on time if not early. Made it hardwork to recoup any of the deposit
