The food is really enjoyable. Some of the meat can be a bit dry in parts but generally speaking it's quite good. Is it better than what you'd get at the average chippy? Not for what it costs. Ordering two box meals and a couple of sides got the cost up to £50 with charges. Considering a large mixed meat in naan at my local chip shop is £7, it's incredibly expensive.There's far too much waste which really needs to be addressed. Every food item is at least two layers of packaging deep. With a box meal you have the outer corrugated cardboard box, then all dividers inside, then the kebab sandwich is in a box of its own, then it's in a foil wrapper, then it's in a paper wrapper. It's all needless waste and when we're all trying to be more conscious of our carbon footprint this just isn't required.There are some nice things that just aren't replicated elsewhere, their kebab bread is fantastic and very similar to a traditional Turkish pide. Their sauces are really good too. Full of flavour and balanced well with the meat but I will say there's never enough of it. Three little poxy pots is all you get.The fries are average. Nothing remarkable about them. The spicy fries are a tasty addition but this option does bump up the price but again, perfectly average.Overall I'd recommend that it's worth trying at least once but the prices are way over valued and quantity in some areas lack. If they cut down on all the needless packaging they could even bring the prices down but £15-20 for a box meal (one can of pop, one kebab sandwich, one fries and two spring rolls) it's a bit of a joke.

I come there very often they just got a MINUSPOINT due to NO OWN PARKING, but the Food is really good & really worth.Over the Price we can Diskuss but what i say it is really worth to go for your own and try it at least ONCE !

The bread at the West Bromwich branch is consistently rock-hard, making it quite unpleasant to eat – almost like trying to bite into a vertical papadum. This has happened on multiple occasions. During my last visit, I raised the issue with the staff, and although they agreed to replace it, the frequent need to send orders back for corrections is frustrating. Furthermore, there's an ongoing problem with the food consistently being served cold. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly and provide better training to your staff to ensure the quality of both the bread and the temperature of the food.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

UNDERCOOKED MEAT!!!This happened to me last year, thought they may have improved but obviously not.Whole box of food in the bin. Had to request back a full refund through uber eats. Never ordering or coming here again.

Great experience here as the food is wonderful.Doesn't taste like the normal donor though and that's probably because it is German donor, so keep that in mind. You get to choose between chicken, beef or mixed donor.Interior is very modern and clean ( including the bathroom!). Staff were very polite and helpful and very diverse and that's what I like to see. Food was made in less than 5 minutes! Overall, fantastic customer service.

First time at GDK, staff were very friendly and helpful with me choosing a meal. Also very knowledgeable about what they were offering. The food was a little atomic explosion of taste in my mouth and I'm now slowly slipping into a food coma. Definitely going again and if you love kebabs, go grab yourself one.

Decent price, tasty and quality food, smiley service and clean restaurant.30/01/2023Change of opinion: Was served by Arman (name on the bill) We ordered Beef box and received mixed, took it to the counter and Girl in scarf and Another boy who served us on the till didn’t have decency to change the order and fobbed off my little daughter. Made me pay for the beef box. She’s not happy neither am I. Pathetic service by unprofessional unskilled staff.
