What has happened to all our favourite stalls at The Farmers Market? The last twice we have been it has appeared very low key. Where are the cooked food stalls, the cheese stall, fruit and veg? There are smaller stalls selling those things but no interesting vibes.

There are a number of markets hosted here. I mostly use the farmer's market that is here on the second and last Sunday of the month. (Not last Sunday in December).It used to be the largest such market in the UK until it was relocated off the Middlebrook carpark. It still has some great stalls but the number has dwindled. It is still worth checking out especially in the game season.

Great set-up and a lovely Christmss atmosphete and feel. The many vendors sell a fantastic range of products enough to satisfy most needs, and there are plenty of food stalls where you can get a decent cuppa and a bite to eat!

Great market right in the high street some amazing stalls you must visit a recycling stall makes jewellery from vintage watches ,stamps, bullets and much more ,but the best bit is all the lamps. They are called goofygoatgifts.

Fair Sunday market, bigger than other towns surrounding Winchester. Busy stalls, with a varied selection. Lots of trinkets, jewelry and lots of other things.

'the toastie cabin' was awful. It seems to have replaced the gourmet grilled cheese company and it was so bad. The toastie had not melted. The filling looked cheap and basic and was lacking cheese. We come every year for the cheese toastie so this was a huge let down. People are really struggling with food and charging £8.50 for 2 pieces of Warburton's bread, a slither of beef and a tablespoons worth of cheddar is not okay. They didn't look like they knew how to make a toastie. Sorry we won't be going back until the standard of food improves. We binned the toasties, they were that bad.

Had a lovely interaction with this fab, brand new little company,The Last Cuppa... Coffee with a conscience.Run by a young couple who seem to have a real passion for their business and the coffee they are offering.We had a really lovely hot chocolate complete with marshmallows and cream, and a mocha which was rich and flavourful.We also tried the homemade baked goods on offer, the chocolate chunk cookies were delicious as was the lemon muffin. I hope to try their Earl Grey and lavender loaf next time.

I get a lot of my everyday food here. The quality is excellent. I don't know about the cakes but the veg and meat are great.
