Our whole experience was fabulous! A week before we picked up the car, Zoe communicated the details of the hire including the type of car we would have. She arranged our pickup from the train. She took the time to go over how to use the car. When it was time to return the car, we asked for her help in arranging a taxi to our next destination. Appreciate all her help! Thank you, Zoe!

I collected the car from London Heathrow and gave it back at Trowbridge. Both were easy and stress free. I had forgotten to fill my tank and rather than just charging me, I was given the option to go and refill myself.Pain and hassle free, with very polite and helpful staff. Cannot ask for more.

Absolute pair of idiots , no clue about customer service, misinformed and incompetent, should not be working in a role dealing with the general public.When I was dissatisfied with their service they were too embarrassed with their selfs and to concerned they would get in trouble they wouldn’t even give me their name , absolutely disgraceful the fact they can operate in such a way .. and one of these gentlemen is the retail manager !STAY FAR AWAY

I have asked for an Renault van they gave me a ford it’s not a same size van ask to swapped it they said sorry we don’t have any available van’s at a moment ask for refund than they argued with me not a good service

I called in an attempt to get a rental agreement for car hire taken in France, translated/deciphered so that we could understand what we had been charged for. They were as bewildered as we were.

Avoid this branch, I state this branch because I cannot believe Enterprise a huge company will send a nearly new 5 series BMW out with an illegal nearly bald front tyre knowingly. When I only noticed it on collection at end of hire after fortunately only having driving the car for 150 mls, I pointed it out to the representative and showed my disgust and anger at being put in a dangerous and illegal position, he tried to tell me it was legal! Check out the photo and see for yourself!The experience was compounded when I found out a week later that £250 had been taken from my card for a cracked windscreen despite the car being checked out damage free on collection ! In an email from the manager on the day it was charged, it said she had tried several times over the weekend tried to phone me to discuss the charge.This was a total lie because upon checking my phone log there had been no missed calls! After a great deal of phone calls to both my insurance company who had organised Enterprise replacement vehicle whilst mine was being repaired after a non fault rear end accident and the Enterprise department that deals with non fault claims, the lady there was extremely helpful and apologetic about rogue employees!I have had my £250 repayed to my card.I really cannot believe that Enterprise as a company intentionally carry out there business in this manner, it can only be as was stated by the lady at the non fault department Rogue employees scamming the public!
