Anna McConnell Makeup

Anna is a true artist. On my wedding day, I could not stop telling my bridesmaids how beautiful they looked once Anna finished their faces. She knows exactly how to compliment the features of any face. I've had my makeup done many times in my life, and I can honestly say, Anna did the best work. She is a pleasure to have in your bridal suite as she brings calming yet fun energy.

Finding Anna on Instagram (@annamcconnellmakeup) was an absolute find as we are from England and didn't have any knowledge of local suppliers! I immediately loved her work and was over the moon when she responded promptly to my enquiry to say that she was available to do my wedding day make up.She has been outstanding to work with from start to finish - always very prompt to respond, asked all the right questions at the trial and on the day to ensure our make up was exactly how we wanted it and was nothing short of amazing on the day itself.She bought such a calming yet fun presence to our morning that put everyone at ease. She was easy to talk to and it felt like we'd known her for years! All of our make up looked natural and sat perfectly for the entire day and night; we shed a fair amount of tears, and partied the night away and it still didn't budge! All 8 of us loved our make up; she listened to what each of us wanted but also made us all look cohesive. We recieved so many compliments throughout the day.She went above and beyond by helping me into my dress ahead of my first look with my bridesmaids as well as entertaining my 4 month old during those first look and parent photos!Anna - choosing you was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding and I wasn't disappointed.
