Have used these guys for years,would highly recommend.

A lady serviced my mother's boiler and at the time we thought had done a good job. She thought the pump was on it's way out so booked another visit for this to be carried out. The lady plumber said to use the central heating as normal in the meantime. However, mum's central stopped working or at least was hardly working, she called DC Heating to explain but was told no one could come out sooner that the planned second visit. A different person came to replace the pump and put chemicals in the system to help with the flushing out. Since then mum's heating packed up altogether. She called and got the impression they weren't going to be helpful and her insight proved correct. For a third time someone came out but after mum reminded him the service book had not been completed he packed his bags and left! I think to knowingly leave a 78 year old with no heating when the temperatures took a dip recently is disgusting. So, mum has paid for a boiler service but has no proof, has a new pump but no guarantee and chemicals left in her system which we understand can't be left in indefinitely and a central system that does not work.Use this company at your peril.

I called these guys out, was in a panic due to my boiler breaking leaving me with no hot water or heating. The lady answering my call was lovely and arranged someone to come out the very next day. The guys arrived on time, were polite, friendly, both in face masks. They explained the problem, how much it would be to fix and then did the job. They were fab and would definitely be calling them again if I have any other issues. Thank you so much!

Had our new heating system fitted by these guys.They then they sent us a letter reminding as to book a service. When contacted were told that they were recruiting and would call us back to arrange a service date. I received no callI called back today only to be told that they no longer serve our area!So they were able to serve our area when installing our new unit and we are on their mailing list for future business. Yet when it comes to actually servicing the equipment or even contacting you as they said they would are unable to provide even the most basic customer service.Clearly I am concerned about what any other engineer is likely to find and any warranty issues.

Our elderly warm air heating system needed a repair and service. Martin and his colleague arrived in good time and carried out the work very professionally. They were also able to offer some advice as to how the current installation could be improved which I will be acting upon. Obviously I will be using this company from now on and am happy to recommend them.

Contacted this company to arrange a boiler service, was given a date and time and low and behold on the day received a call saying they couldn't make the appointment, so we arranged another appointment for two weeks time. Well guess what the day arrived and again just after 0900hrs received another phone call saying that they couldn't come out again. This once again caused us more inconvenience, and to add insult to injury they wanted to rebook for another date.I pointed out to them that we would on no circumstances be using them to service our boiler.Beware the bad back excuse.

Upfront costs, no surprises to install a shower, presented me with different options and overall a pleasant experience. Many thanks.
