I went to my local shop(nutfield EST in poole)and inquired about buying 2 1/2inch both ends compression flexible pipes for my kitchen taps, was told by 2 expert shop assistants that they don't exist and don't make them , yet 1 mile down the road at b and q I got 2 at 3 pound something .I think the two men in the shop need more training.i won't be going there again.

Went into Poole branch today waited at the till when what only can be described as a manager came out of his office instead of sitting there staring at me while he finished his lunch , he came over to the till and asked what I wanted , he took one look at the part and said no we don't do them funny that he didn't even know where or what the part was off of , there's useless and then there's that manager , all his employees had smart plumbing clothes and he standing in a Sunday afternoon jumper , real asset to the buisness I'm sure

Great branch.I use the branch as an account customer for work and for bits for myself.Staff are very knowledgeable and a great help especially Paul the showroom Manager.Have no problems recommending this branch.
