The Gas Man

I've used the Gas Man twice this year and he's been incredible both times! First in designing and installing our new bathroom, which is absolutely stunning! Anthony talked us through all the options available and was so patient, he really understood what we wanted! Secondly Anthony by some miracle was kind enough to fit in installing a new boiler, the weekend before Christmas as our old one had completely broken! 100% trustworthy, would recommend him to anyone, and also he's the cleanest tradesman I've ever met! There wasn't a spec of dirt or dust after he fitted our new bathroom!

Cannot fault the work Anthony has done installing my new boiler and I'm so pleased with the result! It was quite a tricky job to take on as the replacement of my old, outdated boiler required bringing gas access up from the kitchen to the airing cupboard upstairs, which also had no adjacent outside wall, so needed quite a significant flue extension. There was definitely some problem-solving involved in the installation but Anthony was more than happy to take it on while being full of great advice on what was possible, giving me different options so I could decide myself on the end result. With the help of his friend James (who was also brilliant), he tackled the job with ease and completed everything a day earlier than planned, all finished to a high standard. They even cleaned up after themselves taking all boxes and debris away, leaving the house spotless. The price for the work was also significantly lower than other boiler installation companies' quotes I'd received, especially British Gas. Fantastic work - if you're looking for someone to do any gas-related jobs, he's your man!

So happy to have found The Gas Man!! After desperately trying (and failing) to get in touch with my regular gas engineers over Christmas, Anthony was easy to get in touch with and came round so promptly when I contacted him. He was friendly, trustworthy and offered lots of advice for future plans.Great value for money.

Best Google search we made - Gas Man - and Anthony did not disappoint. Removal of old gravity fed system/boiler, tanks drained and all removed. New pipework, new boiler and thermostat installed, along with radiators and pipework to new extension. Supply and refit of new downstairs shower room, including tiling of shower walls and floor. Pleasant friendly tidy worker, happy to have found a reliable tradesman. Great job very well done.

Anthony was great can’t recommend him enough. Being a new home owner and having boiler problems is daunting not knowing what is required or how much it will cost. Anthony came came as soon as he could on time diagnosed and gave a fair price. Also got him to bleed my radiators and he kindly obliged, didn’t charge extra for this and showed me how to bleed them myself in the future. Tidy, honest, fair prices and work done neatly. What more could you ask for?

Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Anthony to replace my old combi. The work was scheduled in really quickly and done within a day. Really neat work and place left tidier than when he arrived. Great after-service too to make sure everything working fine. And all done at really reasonable price. Would definitely recommend the Gas Man and will be using for servicing in the future.

Anthony kindly came to my rescue yesterday when nobody else would. Due to extremely cold weather the boilers condensation pipe had frozen stopping my boiler from working, I had no hot water or heating. The condensation pipe is up high and really hard to get to due to the conservatory but Anthony didn't let that stop him. He had the boiler back up and running in no time. Thank you once again Anthony

Had a gas leak which was discovered when having a new meter fitted and they turned my gas off. I called Anthony and he arrived on time and sorted the problem at a reasonable price. Will use again

Thanks to Anthony 22 mm pipe fitted from front of house to back of kitchen with new boiler. ( Wouldn't even know he been under floorboards ). Managed to integrate two separate boilers remove unwanted old pipework neat, neat job. Personally impressed with how the connections are joined ( no soldering required ) So many benefits for the use of this system.No nonsense straight up guy will do his best to get a job done reguardless of the time.

I’m incredibly happy with the services provided - originally asked to service boiler however asked to quote to put in a new shower and rail. Once agreed, arrived on time, performed a brilliant job and left zero mess. Would definitely recommend.
